Shipping

Domestic:

Love & Lustre offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150, all orders less than $150 incur a $12 shipping charge.

When you submit an order from our online store, we endeavour to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. We use Australia Post; please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery, excluding Public Holidays.

Free Shipping

Free shipping valid for Orders of $150+.

Free shipping is not valid in conjunction with other offers.

International:
Orders placed for delivery outside Australia are subject to additional postage charges of $30 per order. Love & Lustre post via Australia Post; delivery can take up to 1 – 2 weeks. All applicable taxes & duties are the Buyer’s responsibility. Postage charges are non-refundable if the package is refused.

Buyer will receive postage confirmation email with tracking number.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.

Free shipping not valid for delivery on International Orders.

 

Returns

We do accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise (excluding knickers) with all swing tags and packaging attached. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, knickers cannot be returned and/or exchanged.

There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items unless it has a manufacturing fault.

While the highest standard of care is taken to ensure that your Love&Lustre garment is sent out to you correctly, if your garment arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days for further assistance. If a fault or error in delivery is found please contact us via email within 7 days from delivery. Claims must be made in writing via email. All claims are subject to our discretion, if a fault is found the item will be repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion (we will meet our obligation under the fair trading act).

We will not refund or exchange goods that have been incorrectly washed or mistreated so please follow care instructions.

If we are processing a refund, the refund will be made for the purchase price via your original payment method, excluding delivery (unless your garments are faulty or different from what you ordered). Returned garments must be unworn (except if you’ve tried them on for size), unwashed and unaltered. Original freight charges apply to redelivery of international & national orders except where goods are faulty or not as ordered.
