You can purchase any garment advertised on this site using your MasterCard or Visa Card with our fast and secure online transaction service. Your credit card details are protected by the most high-tech security systems available and will be kept for the duration of the transaction only.

 


 

Q. What currency are your prices in?
A. All prices stated on this site are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur on International delivery.

 


 

Q. How do I know what size to order? 

A. Please refer to the sizing guides. Whilst every effort is taken to adhere to these sizing guidelines the style, cut and fabrication of a particular garment can affect how it fits on the wearer. Please also read the product description as we will indicate the shape and generosity of fit.

1. Bust – Measure around your back, across the fullest part of your bust
2. Waist – Measure the narrowest part around your torso (approximately your belly button)

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A. In most cases goods are shipped within 2 business days: please allow Within Australia: 3 – 5 business days Internationally: 5 – 15 business days


 

Q. What are the shipping costs?
A. Shipping costs are set and are not dependent on the size of your order.
Within Australia: $12.00 (inc GST) — OR Free when you spend over $150.00, please enter discount code 150FREESHIP at checkout —
Internationally: $30.00 (exc any landing costs, please refer to your Country’s policies for more info)


 

Q. Can I exchange my item?
A. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, knickers cannot be returned and/or exchanged. We do accept exchanges of full-priced unused sleepwear and bras with all swing tags and packaging attached. There are NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on SALE ITEMS unless the garment has a manufacturing fault.
While the highest standard of care is taken to ensure that your Love&Lustre garment is sent out to you correctly, if your garment arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days for further assistance. If a fault or error in delivery is found please contact us via email within 7 days from delivery. No claims are recognised after 7 days from date of delivery, unless for a manufacturing fault. Claims must be made in writing via email. All claims are subject to our discretion, if a fault is found the item will be repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion (we will meet our obligation under the fair trading act).

We will not refund or exchange goods that have been incorrectly washed or mistreated so please follow care instructions.

If we are processing a refund, the refund will be made for the purchase price via your original payment method, excluding delivery (unless your garments are faulty or different from what you ordered). Returned garments must be unworn (except if you’ve tried them on for size), unwashed and unaltered. Original freight charges apply to redelivery of international orders except where goods are faulty or not as ordered.


 

Q. Do you have a physical store?
A. No. Love&Lustre is stocked nationally in Australia at selected Myer stores and speciality boutiques. Please contact us on +61 3 9818 3000 for more information about local stockists.


 

Q. How secure is this store?
A. This store uses SecurePay and PayPal for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


 

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

A. No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
